Seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager or Technical Account Manager role at a mission-driven, high-growth SaaS company (roughly 25–500 people), especially in AI platforms and developer tools/observability. I bring 10+ years building and scaling high-touch customer experiences where success depends on implementation quality, adoption behavior change, clear usage and health signals, and calm escalation leadership.
